iGotchi: Watch Pet ("the App") is developed by Lucas Gomez Sanchez. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
iGotchi does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data whatsoever. Your privacy is fully protected because there is simply nothing to collect.
The App does not collect any personal information. Specifically:
The App does not connect to the internet. It operates entirely offline. No data is ever sent to any server, third party, or external service.
All game data (your pet's state, progress, and preferences) is stored exclusively on your Apple Watch device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer or any third party.
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media services.
Since the App does not collect any data from anyone, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. No special parental consent is required because no data collection occurs.
The App does not require or offer any form of account creation, registration, or sign-in. There are no user accounts of any kind.
If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Since no data is collected, material changes to this policy are unlikely.

Lucas Gomez Sanchez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple Watch devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucas Gomez Sanchez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
The App provides a virtual pet simulation for entertainment purposes only. The virtual pet exists solely within the App and has no real-world counterpart. Progress, states, and data within the game may be lost due to device reset, App deletion, or other circumstances. The developer is not responsible for any loss of in-game progress.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at apple.com/legal.
